I cannot believe that Thanksgiving is this week and my most favorite shopping week of the year! I have already started putting together my list for everyone I need to buy for this year and am researching the best gift ideas for Brody and Isla as well. Last week was all about gift ideas for 1-2 year olds, and this week I am sharing my favorite finds for toddlers.
I have been scouring the Internet for great gifts for toddlers in the 3-4 age range and have found so many neat ideas! Here is a round-up of the best Christmas gifts for toddlers aged 3-4.
One: Zip & Zoe Junior Backpack Set | Nordstrom $50 : This is a great set for a preschooler’s ever-growing social calendar. It includes a colorful backpack and coordinating lunch bag, ice pack, and water bottle. It’s perfect for school, playdates, sleepovers, and any other adventure.
Two: Garden Drive Square Jewelry Box | Kate Spade $40 : This is the perfect age for a little girl’s first jewelry box and this Kate Spade box is so sweet and perfect for any special jewelry pieces she collects as she grows.
Three: Charcoal Check Anywhere Beanbag | Pottery Barn Kids $129 : This beanbag is perfect for lounging. I love the cute pattern and the fact that it can be personalized!
Four: Superhero Cape | Nordstrom $55 : Superheros are fun -- enough said. I love this superhero cape for lots of fun pretend adventures saving the world.
Five: Ultimate Art Easel | Pottery Barn Kids $179 : This really is the ultimate art easel. It has a dry erase board, whiteboard and compartments to hold all the art supplies you could possibly have. This will provide hours of entertainment for a preschooler. I am also loving this adorable personalized smock from Etsy to help prevent some of the mess that can go along with preschool art projects.
Six: Squigz | Fat Brain Toys $25: These little suction toys are super addictive. Once you start sticking them together it’s hard to stop - which is perfect for toddlers who go ten million miles a minute. Fat Brain Toys is also has a promo going on with a $5 discount off orders of $25+ now - Dec 15th. Use promo code: FI-8473.
Seven: Wooden Cash Register | The Land of Nod $39: This wooden cash register is a great introduction to money for little ones while still being a lot of fun. It comes with coins, paper bills, and a credit card -- and the perfect modern touch. This is on my list for Brody.
Eight: Chronicle Books: Find Me: A Hide and Seek book | Barney’s $18: This is like Where’s Waldo for a new generation and a younger audience. So fun!
Nine: First Go Balance Bike | Barneys $315: The sweetest first bike I have ever seen. I love the retro style, the bell, and little basket. This would be a great bike to learn to ride on for sure. The bike design helps children transition from training wheels to a pedal bike. Splurge worthy for sure!
Ten: Think and Learn Code-A-Pillar | Fisher-Price $40: Coding is an amazing skill for young children to learn. It’s the way of our future and it’s never too early for a head start! Kids connect the segments to make Code-A-Pillar go forward, left, right or wherever they choose. You have to love toys that are fun and educational.
Eleven: Puppet Theatre | The Land of Nod $39: I am all for anything that sparks imagination and creativity so this puppet theatre was an easy add to this round-up. This theatre hangs in a doorway for easy set-up and take-down and it has pockets to hold hand puppets. I can just imagine watching all the plays now. There are also hand puppets that would make great stocking stuffers.
Twelve: Buffalo Check Convertible Sleeping Bag | Target $14: If your little one doesn’t already have a sleeping bag this is a great gift. It’s perfect for naptime, day care, trips to grandparents, and sleepovers. Not only is this sleeping bag cute (and comes in many colors and prints), but it’s also functional and folds into a pocket so it is great for travel.
Thirteen: Wooden Dollhouse | Hearth & Hand with Magnolia at Target $130: This is a new piece from the Hearth and Hand with Magnolia line, but I love the classic look of this dollhouse. I can see Isla playing with this for years to come.
Fourteen: First Classic Rainboot | Hunter $55: Brody is obsessed with his rainboots. It is hard to get him to take them off. He has 2 pairs right now and he will be getting a 3rd under the tree this year. I love the classic look of the yellow boots and Hunter is known for its quality. Can't wait to pass them on to Isla as he outgrows them.
Fifteen: Gigi Bloks 100 Blok Set | Amazon $85: Brody loves these blocks. One of his friends gave them to him for his 2nd birthday and he has so much fun with them. There are so many things you can build-- skyscrapers, forts, animals, castles or whatever creative construction projects kids can come up with. They come in plain cardboard so kids can decorate them too.
Sixteen: Super Coupe Pedal Trike | Simplay3 $90: This big wheel trike is so much fun. It’s the perfect combination of bike and pedal car. It has a 3-position seat so kids up to age 7 can grow with it. Confession: Brody has been riding it around our living room all Fall.
Do you have a little one ages 3-4? If so, what are they going to be getting for the holidays?
