Setting Up a Pretend Play Coffee Cart
The moment the calendar rolls over to September 1st, you’ll find me at the nearest Starbucks ordering my first Pumpkin Spiced Latte of the season. It’s like a right of passage into the quickly approaching Fall Season.
To celebrate this time of year, we launched the cutest coffee cart Inspired Play setup for kids. I hung up the Inspired Play Poster today, cut out some of the fun elements that went along with it from the Magic Playbook subscription and let my kids go to town taking our orders for coffee over and over again.
I love watching their imagination, hearing them calculate prices ($50 for a hot chocolate!), and seeing the fun ways they interact in their new roles of customers and baristas.
