Our Favorite Frozen Meals with Wicked Kitchen

This post is sponsored by Wicked Kitchen. All opinions are my own.

Quick and easy meals and snacks are my go-to this time of year. Between late nights at sports practices and the busyness of this holiday season, planning and preparing dinners has fallen to the bottom of my to-do list. I’m so excited that one of our favorite grocery stores, Sprouts, is now carrying Wicked Kitchen and their delicious selection of plant-based meals and treats in the freezer section.

If you’re not familiar with Wicked Kitchen, two brothers who are chefs are behind the brand creating delicious plant-based products. The flavors are so aromatic that you will find it hard to believe each item is made without any dairy or animal products. The creamiest ice cream, delicious pizzas with their own plant-based version of mozzarella and so many other tasty dishes recreated without the usual dairy and meat ingredients.

Here’s a quick list of our favorite Wicked Kitchen items to add to your shopping list on your next grocery trip.

Lunch

Their frozen lunches are fabulous! Working from home, we are always on the hunt for meals we can quickly heat up and enjoy between meetings, school pick-ups, and packing orders. My favorite is the Peng Panang Tofu Curry. It is rich with flavor and tastes so similar to one of my favorite curries from a Thai restaurant in Arizona. The Korean Inspired Bowl and the Naked Burrito bowls are also favorites. They are made with plant-based Beyond Meat and are super filling! I love topping the Naked Burrito bowl with a slice of fresh avocado!

Dinner

You can call us frozen pizza aficionados with the frequency we serve them for dinner around here! There’s a wide range of quality when it comes to frozen pizzas. It’s especially hard to find ones where the crust doesn’t taste like cardboard. Wicked Kitchen has nailed it with their frozen pizzas. Their sourdough pizza crust crisps up perfectly and has just the right amount of chewiness and flavor to it. They have a few different frozen pizza options, but the Saucy Motz with all of the basil flavor on it is my little ones absolute favorite. I love the Rulebreakin’ Rustic Veg–especially the olives on it which add a nice salty kick of flavor.

Dessert

Now let’s talk about my favorite part of mealtime–the desserts! If you serve any of Wicked Kitchen’s frozen desserts to friends or family, they are going to have a hard time believing that there are no dairy or animal products in the creamy flavor. As my husband was munching on one of the Berry White Sticks, he commented he could have been fooled if I told him these ice cream bars came from our local ice creamery. They are that good. The vanilla ice cream inside has a berry swirl and a crunchy white chocolate-flavored shell exterior. My favorite dessert is the Cookie Dough Ice Cream. It has the perfect amount of cookie dough chunks, chocolate chips, and creamy coconut based-ice cream. It has become my post-kids-in-bed evening treat lately.

If you haven’t tried Wicked Kitchen yet, check your local grocery store or visit their website here. Many of their products are available globally. The new Wicked Kitchen frozen meals sure make life easier for busy families!
